With the year ending just a few days ago, we are happy to report an increase in unit volume over last year with 1214 units (single family and condo units) sold vs. 1136 for 2010. We also had the highest unit volume we have seen in the past six years. Unfortunately, that is where the good news ends (unless you are a buyer!) as the total dollar volume has dropped, along with the average sale price and median sales price.
