Tonopalo was originally sold as 1/7th shares guaranteeing owners 6 weeks of usage per year (2 Summer weeks, 2 Winter weeks, and one week each in the Fall and Spring). In addition to the guaranteed weeks all Tonopalo owners have access to Space Available, meaning they can use additional time based on availability. There are currently opportunities to purchase a 1/4th share as well (3 guaranteed weeks with Space Available usage)
