Jamie Schou moved to the Tahoe area shortly after graduating from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration in May of 2000. An avid skier, wakeboarder, basketball player, and overall outdoor enthusiast he can think of no better place to call home. Having lived in the Lake Tahoe area since 2000, and visiting since he was a child (Jamie learned to ski at Northstar when he was 3 years old), he has become very familiar with the area’s many markets and sub-markets and all that they have to offer.
With over 7 years in real estate sales Jamie has gained valuable knowledge and experience in the areas of Marketing, Negotiation, and Customer Service which used in combination with past work experience in property management and local market knowledge ensure a rewarding experience for both buyers and sellers. “I look forward to helping you in any way that I can with your purchase or sale.”

Scott Zaleski left the fast-paced corporate world in San Francisco in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle in Tahoe. One of his main influences for his move was his Fiance’s Tahoe upbringing as a ski racer at Squaw Valley. Scott is an avid mountain biker and runner with accomplishments including the Boston Marathon, New York Marathon, Ironman Nice France and the Downieville Classic.
Scott is an entrepreneurial spirited, driven professional with over 10 years of success and experience in sales, business development, and client services. His high-level of integrity, respect, and focus are always centered on customer expectations, requirements, and goals.
Prior to his move to Tahoe, Scott excelled at various software sales roles ranging from small start-ups environments to large corporate organizations. Mostly recently, Scott led a successful stint at salesforce.com where he continuously exceeded his annual sales quotas and was part of the #1 global sales team in the world. Before salesforce.com, Scott served as VP of Sales for a small start-up company called QuestionPro where his contributions led to 1,390% in revenue growth in 3 years. Scott graduated from Lehigh University in 1998 with a BS in Chemical Engineering.
